Tennis FITNESS Bootcamp
Tennis Bootcamp – a great fun group workout on court, open to players of any standard and fitness. A session comprised of high energy, dynamic tennis drills, coupled with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) strength and conditioning, SAQ sets and various fitness based challenges. With a different workout each time, this is a continuous action packed 1 hour fitness session… Come ready to workout!
Cardio: Fast paced, dynamic movement based court drills working players aerobically.
Strength & Conditioning: Coupled with various High Intensity Interval Training conditioning sets to work the whole body, including upper and lower body and strong emphasis on core.
Speed Agility and Quickness : Specific footwork, plyometric drills and competitive team challenges to maximise work
Social & Fun : Group and team based fitness challenges, games, and point based tennis challenges all with an emphasis to get the most out of each participant.
