An hour of tennis specific movement based baskets drills, combined with High Intensity Interval Strength and conditioning sets. A great alternative workout on the court, where players hit a lot of balls, work out the whole body, through cardio, upper, lower body and core sets, and enjoy various physical challenges, games and exercises. Every session is different. Open to players of all levels, and fitness.
