For those of you that are into your fitness, and would like an alternative fun session to the gym. We have a Bootcamp session running on Tuesday mornings from 7:00 – 8:00 am and have 2 sessions on Friday mornings from 8:00 -9:00 am / 9:00 -10:00 am. Made up of movement based aerobic tennis basket drills / games, along with various tennis specific fitness circuits such as footwork ladder, core, and abdominal sets, medicine ball work, plymetrics, court sprints, and general strength and conditioning exercises, with the added enjoyment of cardio sets on court chasing a ball. A great alternative workout particularly if you enjoy your tennis!
But be prepared to work, set targets within the session and start your day with an hour of power. You will be in the hands of our Head HKFC Coach Toby Clark, who has a strong background in exercise, health and fitness, having worked as an Exercise Physiologist, working with both elite athletes, professional footballers, rugby, squash and cricketers, and of course Elite performance Tennis Players as well as members of public in their physical training, strength and conditioning and rehab at Lilleshall Human Performance Centre, UK and is more than equipped to put you though your paces on the courts on level 3.
