Ready to shape the future of tennis in Hong Kong? Australasia Tennis (ATA) is seeking a dynamic Full Time Operations Manager to join our mission of igniting potential through sport. About the Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our world-class tennis programmes. You’ll work closely with our coaching team, venue partners, and community stakeholders to create exceptional experiences for our players.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coach scheduling and annual leave management
- Lead event planning and promotional campaigns
- Manage venue relationships and program logistics
- Drive operational efficiency through internal software system
- Coordinate equipment ordering and inventory
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Handle client inquiries and program enrollment
- Oversee make-up class scheduling and communications
- Manage team WhatsApp updates and promotional content
- Monitor and update website/portal content
- Coordinate with Customer Service team on key initiatives
About You
You are a dynamic professional who brings proven experience in venue or sports facility management, coupled with a strong background in team coordination and leadership. You’ll need excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Most importantly, you should share our passion for sports and community development.
Strong communication skills essential along with experience using scheduling software and digital systems such as InTennis. The right candidate will thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Operational Management experience
- Demonstrated experience in Team Coordination
- Sports Industry experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business or related field preferred
