Samo started playing tennis at the age of 7. His passion for coaching started in his home country of Slovenia in 2003. Samo has extensive experience in grassroots and physical development. Samo completed a Masters Degree in Teacher of Sports which has provided him with the opportunity to improve his knowledge further through coaching other sports including Basketball, Swimming, Athletics & Football.

Off the court Samo’s other passions in sport are football(soccer), basketball, skiing, billiards, snorkelling, fitness, hiking.
